Kiss and Tell

Today makes five weeks since hubby's surgery. He is doing extremely well and his incision looks great. As I was trying to get dressed for my early work day, he came up to me and hugged me and put his head on my shoulder. This was the first time we have had a chance to get close like that since his surgery, nor have we done any bumping and grinding. As he hugged me, he said that he had been wanting to get close to his wife but couldn't. I, however, did understand. I wouldn't want to be the one to blame if anything came loose. So we both took in a good laugh and then he said something that put shame on the map. He said that he had better let me go or he might want to do something else. Whoa horsey! Slow your roll. Now the doctors have given hubby the OK to start back driving on June 1. Does that mean a motor vehicle or me? Hmmm, inquiring minds want to know!!

  1. Glad he's feeling better!

In response to your question on my blog, I'm due October 2. I've had a very easy pregnancy and I count my blessings every day, but in just the last week or two, I've developed nosebleeds and heartburn. Oye!
